This cozy newly remodeled 2BD / 2B is a perfect spot for a family or friends ski or summer vacation offering comfort, all the amenities, style, and ....location, location, location!!!! Convenience is key!! Across the street is the Beaver Creek Resort Bear Lot where you can take the bus and be skiing within minutes. Buses to Vail (15-20 min) and Avon Town Center (2min) also available; where you can find great restaurants and shopping.

Remove snow from equipment before locating it in our storage. Remove your shoes inside. Additional cleaning is an extra charge please be mindful
DON'T THROW ANY FOOD WASTE OR GREASE IN THE SINK. Use the trash can instead. Otherwise it will get clogged and $100 will be charged for a handyman.
Up to two cars are allowed per unit per stay. You must send us the license plate, make, color, model and vin number, for us to register the car.
