Bedroom 1 – Loft (Primary Suite)
Located in the loft, this inviting retreat features 1 King bed plus 1 Queen Murphy bed, making it ideal for parents or a couple with kids. Enjoy added privacy with an en-suite full bathroom and elevated views.

Bedroom 2 – Main Level
Perfect for kids, this cheerful bedroom offers two Twin bunk beds with a trundle, creating a fun and flexible sleeping setup right on the main floor.

Bedroom 3 – Lower Level
This cozy lower-level bedroom features 1 King bed with a smart TV and attached bathroom, providing a quiet and comfortable space for rest after a day of mountain adventures.

Bedroom 4 – Lower Level
Designed with groups in mind, this room includes two Queen-over-Queen bunk beds plus a trundle, offering plenty of space for kids, teens, or multiple guests.

BATHROOMS
The home includes 3 full bathrooms, conveniently located on each level—one on the lower level, one on the main level, and one in the loft. Each bathroom is clean, bright, and well-stocked with essentials to ensure comfort for your entire group.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family-style dinners. It offers ample counter space and all the essentials needed to cook and gather with ease.

The open-concept living area is filled with natural light from vaulted ceilings and windows on three sides. As an end unit, the home offers added privacy and a bright, airy feel throughout.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
•We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats.
✔️No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.
✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.
✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door
✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am
✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.
✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
✔️We welcome up to two dogs. If you brought a dog, please be sure to add them to your reservation and clean up after them
✔️We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!
✔️ If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
