Upgrades for 2026 include new vinyl flooring and carpeting installed throughout, freshly painted bedrooms, new HVAC units on 1st and 2nd levels, new washer and dryer. Beautiful Time and Tide is easy to love, as this noble home sits directly across from a vast subdivision lake. The ground level has a carport, an under-house entry, an outdoor shower, and a lovely private pool. Step inside the first level to find a tiled game room with a pool table, a mini-bar with a sink, a mini-fridge, a dishwasher, and deck access to the pool. The first bedroom has a pyramid bed and semi-private access to a hallway bathroom. There's a primary suite on the second floor with a TV, a DVD player, and a bathroom with a tub/shower. The laundry nook is convenient for all. The third bedroom features deck access to a private hot tub, and a bathroom with a tub/shower shared with the fourth bedroom, offering a TV and deck access. The upstairs great room showcases tall ceilings, resort-style furniture, a TV and DVD player, and deck access. The well-equipped tiled kitchen has all the necessities, a breakfast bar, and a sound view dining area. The sundeck ends in a screened porch with a picnic table and an extra sun tower level.
