The top floor view was excellent with both ocean and park view together. The hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and accommodating with our needs. We could walk around the most part of Yumebutai without getting wet when the weather was bad. Please be aware that the hotel store does not have any decent food option (i.e. quick bites like onigiri or sandwiches) and the other store, which offers fast foods in Yumebutai closes around 4 pm, so without having a car there, you have to plan your meal if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurants (expensive for what they are) everyday.

Buffet dinner and breakfast both were nice but I was asked to pay 5500 jpy for an upgrade to get a room on higher floor. I declined the offer and when I got into my room i realised I got a room with no view at all. I paid hkd 2100 for the room- with zero view.

ウォーキング大会で2泊利用しました。姫路城観光後、チェックインが18時ごろになり、お店が閉まっているのではないかと心配しました。受付の方がホテルに隣接している美味しい近くの居酒屋さんを紹介して頂きました。またホテルサービスでグレードアップしたデラックスツインで感激しました。ベランダが広く海が観えてステキでした。土曜日朝食ビッフェは混雑してました。お料理はどれも美味しく、豆腐とドレッシングが気に入りました。3日目は、鳴門大橋までドライブして帰路に着きました。淡路島にまた来たいと思います。

結婚10年の記念日に宿泊。サプライズプレゼントにも対応いただき、ありがとうございます。それだけではなく、スタッフの丁寧な対応、清潔な部屋、全てに高いホスピタリティを感じました。一点だけ、不満というより心配になったことが ディナーブッフェを当日に予約したのですが、食事後、テーブルのカードを入口に返したところ、結構です。と言われたので、ここで精算ではなく部屋付けになってると思い、そのまま部屋に戻りました。 翌朝、チェックアウト時に精算すると食事代が入っていませんでした。申告して、確認してもらい精算することができました。申告しなかったら払わずに帰ってしまうところでしたので、どのオペレーションに不備があったかわかりませんが、今後の参考にしていただければと思います。 不満とかはありません。本当に快適なホテルで、また来たいと思います。
