One living room, two bedrooms ground floor apartment (ca. 80m2 / 860 sq. ft) with a nice fenced green garden, with two gorgeous palm trees, in a sought after Nissi-3 complex.
Separate, private entrance to the apartment. Exit to the garden from the apartment through French doors and a covered terrace.
Walking distance to Nissi Beach (ca. 7-10 minutes).
The space
Spacious living room has two comfortable sofas and a large TV. The kitchen is combined with the living room, and is equipped with everything necessary for self-cooking. There are dishes, pots, appliances, including an oven, toaster, microwave and large refrigerator.
Main bedroom has a queen-bed, another bedroom has a single bed and a sofa.
One cot (babybed) in the main bedroom (please inform us if you need additional one, we will check if it is possible to arrange).
Air conditioning in every room.
One full bathroom.
Covered terrace with a table and chairs.
Guest access
Keybox is located at the front door.
Other things to note
Washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron are available. UK style electric sockets (type G), one USB socket in the living room for charging mobile phones.
Please note that there is no dishwasher.
Please observe rules of the complex. No parties in the apartment.
In case of excess use of electricity, over 100 kW per week, excess is charged at a rate of 0,3 EUR per kW.
Remark: for comparison, average UK household electricity consumption for a flat is ca. 55-70 kW per week.
