Great location.

Great location right middle of ayia napa.at the same time it's very quite and has relaxing atmosphere. It's ideal for solo travelers and couples . Rooms are big and clean.. nice view from.balcony. I had garden view third floor .nice view also it's sea view. Hotel has simple but nice breakfast. Pool area is almost empty .I hardly saw anyone by the pool..hotel was almost full but you hardly see anyone except at breakfast Rooms don't have a kettle so if you need a tea or hot water you will need to ask reception to give you hot water from the vending machine at the breakfast area...rooms have bathroom with curtains..I would prefer walk in shower but it's ok. Overall 7/10

Napa Jay is unfortunenaly not made for families, beginning with the check-in there was no room for corrections. We traveled as three people including a little baby, we arrived and the room was prepared with three single beds. In the evening there was then no possibilty to change that. At the next morning the Miss on the reception offered then to change, that was very kind. But we changed the hotel after two days because the vibe and the condition of the hotel is not good anymore. Old rooms with ants in the bath, at the day the pool is dead, nobody is enjoying their. The lift is a catastrophe as a family with baby wagon etc. The carpet on the floors looks disgusting. But I think maybe as younger single people the hotel is ok to stay for the night and have breakfast.

Alles in Allem ein Super Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer tip top sauber. Die Lage ist phantastisch. Man ist mitten in der Stadt dennoch ein sehr ruhiges und entspanntes Hotel. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
