The Coach House is a self-contained building with ample parking at the end of a no-through road and surrounded by the Grade I Waddesdon Estate. Waddesdon Manor (NT) is in walking distance, Bicester Village is within easy reach and walks abound.
The open-plan ground floor has spacious seating and dining and kitchen areas. The cosy beamed attic contains the bedroom, landing-com-study/dressing area and wet room/bathroom.
Sleeps two upstairs in the bedroom.

When you need a break, there’s miles of beautiful country walks from right outside the front door.

Newly converted with wooden floors and sparkling clean with an enhance COVID sanitation regime between guests with particular attention to frequently touched areas.
Fibre broadband, WiFi, Apple TV, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc and an outside seating are as shown in the photos.
Guest access
You will have full run of the self-contained Coach House with sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area downstairs and a wet room shower room bathroom, working space and bedroom.
There’s even a sunny sitting are right outside the door. We’ll even find you a private area within the 1.5 acre garden, orchard, wood or open area.
Other things to note
The Coach House is perfect for a romantic escape, a visit to Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor & their wine tastings and other events as well as a convenient place to stay if you are invited to an event at the Waddesdon Dairy. It's also a great working from home change of scene with the fast broadband.
With the station just 3 miles away, you can even fit in a trip to London.
Bring your bike as there is an excellent safe cycle path with pub at the end or hire one of the electric bikes in the Waddesdon Manor car park - just a short walk away and £1.50 for the first hour and 50p/hr thereafter.
