Country house in a former farmhouse, next to the owners' house, with a beautiful terrace with a sheltered area, overlooking a vast plot of land. Very spacious and bright cottage, enjoying very open views of the countryside and the mountains. Electric vehicle charging station in Novalaise (2.5 km). 6 km from Lake Aiguebelette, in the heart of a preserved area, at the entrance to a small village located in the countryside. A privileged location between lakes, countryside, and gentle mountains. Romagnieu leisure center (16 km) or Lake Bourget (22 km).
