Rooms were big enough, beds / beddings were comfy, clean...beach was excellent... staff was very nice & kind and food was delicious.. However, room service was not good. We were told we'd be added to a whatapp group which we have never been added, noone came to collect bins/change towels etc. On 1st day we called reception but we didn't want to call everyday for that... Overall, it was a good stay, many thanks.

Nice resort, no coffee at breakfast disappointing

Nice resort, comfortable beds, good balcony to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. water was turned off at night so no showers and was after 8am before the water was turned back on again. Its off season so it only a few guests who would be inconvenienced by lack of water for 12 hours. Biggest disappointment was the breakfast, no coffee and no juice. Its the first hotel I've ever stayed at where no coffee is available at breakfast, not even a packet of instant coffee.

Biraz hayal kırıklığı

Otelin konumu, odaları, denizi, yiyecek&içecek lezzetleri iyi fakat özellikle plaj kısmında çalışan arkadaşların çok büyük bir üslup problemi var. Müşteriyle iletişim “abla&abi” şeklinde olmamalı ve müşteriye karşı kibar olunmalıdır. Bunun dışında 2 günlük konaklamamızda hiçbir siparişimiz tam gelmedi, örneğin 2 kahve 1 su istediysek hep 1 kahve 1 su geldi ve siparişimiz bu değildi dediğimizde “siz 1 dediniz” diye karşılık aldık. Haliyle yanlış/eksik siparişler sonucunda hep beklemek zorunda kaldık. Diğer çalışanlar ile ilgili bir problem yaşamadık fakat naçizane tavsiyemiz plaj ekibinin eğitimden geçmesidir. Ek olarak; genel olarak güzel bir tatil geçirdik fakat 4 kişilik odaya sadece 2 su bırakılması ve odadaki buzdolabının çalışmaması biraz hayal kırıklığı oldu. Bu kadar güzel bir otelin çok daha iyi bir hizmet vermesi gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Umarım dikkate alınan bir yorum olur, herkese iyi çalışmalar.

Personel çok iyi. Deniz sığ (tam çocuklara göre) ve plaj çok iyi. Otel içi peyzaj ve düzen çok iyi. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli. 18:45'e kadar plajdaki restorandan yemek yediğiniz yediniz yoksa aç kalıyorsunuz. Akşam yemeği (alacarte) yok. Akşam yemeği için 500 metre ilerdeki diğer otele geçip yemek zorundasınız. Fiyatlar aşırı yüksek. Ör: Bir kadeh şarap 800 TL. Kuzu sırt 1100 TL. Oda servisi yok. Yok diyorum çünkü oda servisi için defalarca aradığımız telefon cevap vermedi. Odanın temizliğini istemek zorundasınız. Odada karıncalar vardı. Deniz manzaralı oda için ekstra para vermenize gerek yok zira palmiye ağaçlarından çok gözükmüyor. Tüm bunlara rağmen memnun kaldık diyebilirim.

Odaları geniş ve kullanışlı. Otele cazibe katan ise harika bir plajının olması. Denizi kum, suyu berrak. Su sıcaklığı ideal seviyede ve sığ bir su… Çocuklu aileler için harika bir deniz… Şezlonglar yeterli seviyede… arkada tarafta çimlerin üzerinde kalabalık aileler için ayrılmış alanı mevcut. Şemsiyeleri ve oturma alanı çok daha geniş ve rahat… plaj kısmı çok güzel tasarlanmış. Yemekleri gayet lezzetli fiyatlar orta seviyede… Sabah kahvaltısı serpme ve gayet güzel… Biz genel olarak tesisten memnun kaldık. Sizlerde umarım beğenirsiniz…

otel konsept olarak başarılı dizaynı ve görselliği tatmin ediyor. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve yeterli lezzet anlamında da gayet iyi. Eleştirdiğim en önemli kısım kahvaltıda servis kısmıydı. Çok düzensiz bir garson çalışma sistemi var çok geç geliyor istediğiniz şeyler ya da hiç gelmiyor. Beach kısmında da sipariş vermeniz için garsona ulaşmanız gerekıyor bi qr okutma sistemleri yok günümüz için bir eksiklik denenebilir. Ve konaklama ayrıca yemek ücretleri piyasanın biraz üzerinde diyebiliriz.

Otel çok bakımsız odalar eski oda kapısı kilitlenmiyor, gece yarısı klima bozuldu , kahvaltı yetersiz 4 kişiye 2 kişilik serpme veriyorlar, temizlik 0 daha önce çok kez burada konaklamamıza rağmen bir gece erken çıktık ve memnun kalmadık
