Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of around 25 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 21 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, kettle…
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot and fan.

Outdoors:
- A shared (unheated) swimming pool of 180 m², open from 15 April to 15 October (opening dates are subject to change). The pool is secured by a gate and fenced off
- A 25 m² terrace at the front of the flat
- A 15 m² terrace at the rear of the flat with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A private, unfenced garden of 25 m² opening onto the rear terrace

The flat is ideally situated in Azille, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
The residential complex is very quiet, peaceful and family-friendly.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the complex’s private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Azille railway station is about a 5-minute drive away
- Narbonne Airport is about a 35-minute drive away
