Great place at a great price at a great location

Hotel Henry Inn is a family run business that delivers top notch service and attention to detail regarding your stay. They have secure on property parking, a beautiful yard and pool and will provide you loaner bikes to get around town. Hyatt won't even do that for free. Rates are extremely competitive and the owner will ensure you are taken care and feel welcome.

Bacalar family trip

Rodrigo runs a first-rate, clean establishment and ensured all our needs were taken care of. Very secure place, perfect for a family trip. Knowledgeable on best places to go in Bacalar. Even drove my wife and daughter for late night snack run. Definitely will be my go to lodging next time in Bacalar.

Fantásticamente cálido!

Ubicación del hotel fenomenal, tienes absolutamente todo a un par de cuadras, farmacia, tienda, mercado, lavandería, restaurantes, lugar muy seguro para caminar por la calle, cuenta con servicio de bicicletas incluido en el costo de la renta, hielera para tener nuestras bebidas heladas. Los anfitriones Rodrigo y Don Rafael excelentes, siempre ocupados de que nuestra estancia fuera lo más placentera, nos hicieron recomendaciones de lugares a visitar, nos llevaron a uno de los restaurantes, nos invitaron un café artesanal de maíz hecho por ellos mismos con panecitos dulces, personas sencillas y maravillosamente atentas a lo que les solicitamos. La alberca del establecimiento en óptimas condiciones, amplia, agua templada y súper limpia, con plus de inflables para la diversión de los chicos, hay camastros alrededor, sillas y mesas de jardín para pasar el día con plena comodidad, tuvimos hamaca, sillas y mesas afuera de la habitación para trabajar y/o seguir en la convivencia. La habitación es pequeña pero idónea, con 2 camas matrimoniales, aire acondicionado, ventilador, Tv con netflix, hacen falta contactos a lado de las camas pero Rodrigo lo solucionó poniendo un multicontacto. En todo momento nos sentimos cómodos, seguros y más que atendidos, en definitiva que volveremos a Bacalar y nos hospedaremos de nuevo en este hotel. Y ustedes, qué esperan? Déjense consentir con su hospitalidad.

Si tienes mascota, Ve a Henry Inn, ni lo pienses.

Excelente es un adjetivo que se acerca a mi estancia, pero con mucho, la amabilidad de Rodrigo y su familia, las instalaciones, el cuidado de nuestra mascota y su disposicion de servicio, hacen de Henry Inn una magnifica opcion para hospedarse en Bacalar. Muy recomendable en todos los sentidos.
