What a lovely little spot. The staff are lovely and kind. They build the whole thing them Selves. The only downfall was - the kayaks not having a proper storage area so guests just pile them up on the small narrow dock- and the lounge furniture no longer has covering - just the wooden loungers which are not comfortable nor what they show in their pictures. A small detail.… we were in the first cabin - right on the lagoon - so not connected to the others cabins. Which was lovely. Definitely worth it.

The hotel “accidentally” charged my card for someone else’s stay in the amount of $600.00, still trying to receive my refund. We had to keep asking and messaging for towels and waters. Our room was not cleaned until after 5 p.m. the hotel is not walking distance from the town area. I did not enjoy this stay and will not book here again

Excelente vista a la laguna, los amaneceres espectaculares. El desayuno es de un restaurante externo, pero te dan la opción de llevarlo al lugar. (Porciones adecuadas y rico) El personal es muy atento y siempre están pendientes de tus necesidades. Sin duda regresaré.

Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr nett, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Frühstück wird von einem Lokal in Bacalar geliefert, man kann sich zwischen ein paar Speisen eine aussuchen und die sind wirklich gut, oder man fährt selbst in das Lokal und isst vor Ort. Der Steg zur Lagune ist super, nachmittags lag kaum jemand dort und wir hatten den Steg für uns allein. Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgeschieden, man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Die Einfahrt ist katastrophal, sehr viele Steine und Schlaglöcher, man muss gut aufpassen. Das Hotel bewirbt sich als Hotel, aber ich würde es eher als „Glamping“ bezeichnen. Man wohnt in Hütten, unsere hatte direkte Sicht zur Lagune, das war sehr schön. In der Hütte gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Zugang zu fast allen Streamingdiensten. Sauber waren die Hütten jedoch nicht, unsere Decke war stark verdreckt, die wurde aber sofort nach dem Hinweis ausgetauscht. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr dreckig. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und unser Zimmer wurde nur nach der 1 Nacht gereinigt. Im Kühlschrank standen sogar noch alte Wasserflaschen von dem Gast davor. Der Boden ist sehr ölig, wir hatten in der Hütte immer nur Badeschuhe an. Es gibt auch leider keine Sitzmöglichkeiten am Balkon, außer eine Hängematte. Also wenn man sich ein Hotel erwartet, wird man enttäuscht sein, für einen Glamping Urlaub sind die Hütten sehr gut!

Très bon accueil. Belle vue sur la lagune. Bungalow spacieux disposant d'une cuisine, deux chambres, 2 salles de bains, terrasse avec 2 hamacs. Ponton direct et prêt de 3 kayak. Petit-déjeuner varié sous forme de panier. Café mis à disposition dans la chambre. Attention : l'hôtel est difficile à trouver, car le lien fournit par hotel.com ne renvoit pas vers la bonne adresse avec "Google Maps". L'application Apple "Plan" donne la bonne adresse.

L’hôtel Maria est vraiment parfait. Nous avions la cabine la plus près du lagon et la vue était tout simplement imprenable. La chambre est spacieuse et équipée d’un réfrigérateur ainsi que de deux petits ronds pour cuisiner. Le petit-déjeuner était inclus et délicieux, avec beaucoup de choix de plats typiques du Mexique. Des kayaks sont disponibles gratuitement pour faire de petites sorties sur le lagon le matin ou en soirée, ce qui permet d’admirer les magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et accueillant. Le chemin pour accéder à l’hôtel est toutefois un peu cahoteux. Une petite voiture basse pourrait avoir un peu de difficulté à s’y rendre. Mis à part cela, tout est parfait.

Le daría 5 estrellas de no ser por que nos tocó cuarto debajo de otro en el que los huéspedes hacían MUCHO ruido toda la noche caminando por todo el cuarto y con la tele, desde las 9 pm hasta la 1 am y luego de 4 am al check out. Pedí que me cambien pero me comentaron que al ser cabañas era “normal” y la única disponible también estaba debajo de otra

Si vas con amigos en plan me vale, el lugar ésta bien. El lugar no es feo, pero si esperas un hotel con comodidad y limpieza, este no es el lugar. La atención es deficiente y las habitaciones huelen súper mal porque el olor del drenaje sale a todas horas y en la mañana es peor. esta lejos del centro y la entrada ésta muy fea y peligrosa por el tránsito vehicular. Un dia nos dejaron sin el aseo de la habitación, y solo nos dijeron usted disculpe. saludos

El hotel está DI-VI-NO … son unas cabañitas hermosas, súper acogedoras, la cama está de ensueño! Haz de cuenta que duermes en las nubes, el servicio del Staff es increíble, el lugar está a la orilla de la laguna con una vista espectacular, el desayuno es de un restaurancito del pueblo y está muy rico, mi única recomendación sería que tuvieran más almohadas haha pero de ahí en fuera todo excelente
