The hotel was conveniently located near SM mall which gave our group plenty of options to have dinner and do some shopping. Some staff at the hotel were super helpful, some were not so helpful, which was a shame because we typically stay at this hotel when we're visiting family.

Park Inn by Radisson is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Clean, friendly and accommodating staff, and convenient! The SM mall is just a door away. Don't need to walk outside. Great restaurant! Park Inn by Radisson is second to none!!

Excellent location. Room starting to look its age. There weren’t much to do in the hotel, pool as the pool was under renovation . Walls are a bit too thin as you can hear the noise coming from the neighboring rooms. There were friendly and helpful staff and one who played favorites in assigning tables . A pleasant stay but not really overwhelming .

Overall great quality hotel adjoined to the shopping Center. Staff were excellent. Pool is closed for renovation and as this was one of the reasons I booked I would have liked prior notification when I booked . Esp as the hotel leads with a pool picture.
