Sehr netter und hilfreicher Vermieter, mit demman auch gut ein privates Wort wechseln kann.Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Lage zum Klinikum ist sehr gut. Auf Wünsche wird sehr schnell und wenn möglich auch sehr positiv reagiert. Auch wenn mal etwas schief geht, wird seitens des Vermieters verständnisvoll und ohne viel Federlesen agiert und das ohne den Aufwand für die Wiederherstellung in Rechnung zu stellen, obwohl er es gut hätte tun können. Vielen Dank dafür noch mal!
