Unser Haus liegt inmitten intakter Natur auf einem sonnigen Plateau oberhalb von Karlstein mit Blick auf Bad Reichenhall und die umliegende Bergwelt. Umgeben ist das Haus von saftigen Wiesen und Wäldern ohne Straßenlärm und Hektik. Ein reizvoller großer Garten steht allen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Unsere 4 Ferienwohnungen und 2 Appartements sind alle mit kompletter Küche, Bad/Dusche und WC, TV, Radio und Telefon ausgestattet. Ein geräumiger liebevoll gestalteter Aufenthaltsraum mit Kachelofen ist für alle da. Vom Brucknerbauer haben sie einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen und Spaziergänge in die herrliche Bergwelt. Nur ein Steinwurf entfernt können sie das bekannte "Pankraz-Kircherl" mit einem grandiosen Ausblick auf Bad Reichenhall besuchen.Zum bekannten und beliebten Badesee "Thumsee" benötigen sie nicht mehr als 10 Minuten Gehzeit. Die RupertusTherme erreichen sie in ca. 3 km. Genügend Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Wellness: Sauna, Solarium
Wir bieten Ihnen eine Einraumwohnung im Landhausstil, mit Mansarde, Balkon und einem traumhaften Panoramaausblick über Bad Reichenhall und die herrliche Bergwelt. Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet mit Sitzecke, Sat-TV, Kochnische und zwei getrennten Betten. WLan ist vorhanden. Die Schlafecke ist eingebaut. Es steht Ihnen auch noch eine Sauna gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung. Von hier aus sind es 5 Autominuten zur Stadtmitte. Unser Bauernhof liegt in Höhe von 600 Metern über Bad Reichenhall und ist von einem herrlichen Garten mit viel Blumenschmuck und Liegestühlen umgeben, zum sonnen und relaxen. Ideal für Gäste, die absolute Ruhe suchen.

Am Rande von Bad Reichenhall hoch oben am Ende der Strasse - umgeben von Natur und Bergen. Ausreichend grosse Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht.

Traumhaftes Bad Reichenhall

Es ist wunderschön hier, herrliche Berg- Talwelt, die Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage, gerade richtig um abzuschalten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca.6-7 Autominuten entfernt...alles so wie in der Beschreibung. Die Unterkunft sehr urig und gemütlich, schnuckelig...wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder hierher.

Nette Vermieterin, wurden herzlich empfangen. Durch die schrägen Wände an der Küchenzeile, ist es für große Menschen eine Herausforderung. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

KurzUrlaub in den Bergen:)

Die Lage war super und ich konnte ein paar spannende Tage erleben. Die Berge sind leicht erreichbar und laden zum Wandern ein:) Einziges Manko: Die ausgestopften Tiere & Puppen im Haus muss man einfach mögen! Mir waren sie einfach zu viele:)

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar; sie kann Auskangspunkt für herrliche Wanderungen sein.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war hervorragend. Die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Leider war das Wetter in diesem Zeitraum nicht besonders gut; aber alles in Allem es war eine schöne Zeit, die wir hier verbringen durften. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir baldmöglichst wieder mal einige Tage in diesem Haus verbringen dürfen. A & W. Krech
