Que des déboires..

Logement limite insalubre, le retour du siphon sous l'évier percé donc fuite d'eau dans la cuisine et mauvaises odeurs dans tout l'appartement. Nous avons dû faire intervenir un plombier pour réparer.L'appartement était encombré par les affaires du propriétaire : penderie de la chambre par un coffre plein de vêtements en vrac et un sac à dos, nous avons laissé nos affaires dans les valises dans le couloir, WC avec une paire skis, sur la terrasse un coffre. La table prévue pour la terrasse est inadaptée, nous n'avons pas pu la déballer et l'installer. Le TV ne fonctionnait pas, intervention d'un technicien.L'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas et reconnu par le propriétaire. 1 ampoule hs dans les WC et une fonctionnant par intermittence dans la chambre.(le propriétaire nous demande de les remplacer contre remboursement) La corde du store de la chambre est cassée, le rideau est inutilisable. Le couvre matelas sale, oreillers auréolés et sales.Rien avec la nomenclature d'un 2 étoiles Salle de bains, rideau de douche moisi sur une hauteur de 30 cm; à changer.Pas de tapis anti glisse dans la douche. Coté couloir le placard encombré par les objets du propriétaire donc en partie inutilisable.La cuisine, une partie des meubles sont utilisés par les produits alimentaires mal odorants du propriétaire. Nous n'avons pas pu ranger nos produits ils sont restés dans les curvers sur la table !!!...Seulement 2 casseroles et 1 poêle. Pas de séparateur dans le tiroir à couverts. Cuisine sombre

Plutôt bien situé car on peut accéder au centre ville à pied mais attention aux voitures si enfants !! Appartement propre belle terrasse idéal pour 2 adultes car le bz du séjour et tres usé et séjour très petit pour plus de 3.
