This brand new house has a spectacular spacious upper floor master bedroom with wrap around private balcony, four poster bed, double shower all with 180 ocean views and intimate outdoor Jungle bathroom with secluded bath-tub.

The villa has two further upper floor bedrooms one with a king-size bed and one with a queen bunk bed both en-suite with ocean views and private balconies.

The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor with king-size bed, en-suite with sea views and private balcony.

The living area is open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, it is perfectly designed for the tropics as it opens up to a huge outside terrace with a comfortable sofa, large outdoor dining area and king size hanging bed, a comfortable place to relax and watch the toucans & macaws fly by.

The terrace extends to a 12 person floating jacuzzi the perfect spot to enjoy sundowner cocktails or for a relaxing soak under the beautiful moonlit, starry Costa Rican skies. In addition there's a dip pool to cool off on those warm sunny days.

The lower floor is the entertainment level, consisting of a huge 22 meter pool with lap lane and shallow baby pool shaded under a rustic palapa.
