The house was well stocked to be able to cook family meals in, the beds were comfortable and there was extra blankets since we stayed in the winter to cozy up on the couch. The house was clean, neighborhood was quiet and nice with Christmas lights during the season. For us location was great close to family and near enough to town to get food and supplies. There was a nice yard which we did not use given the season was winter, but seems like it would be a good summer rental as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the ability to hang out together with our family and felt it was nicely decorated and homely and well stocked.

Work Trip

FIt our needs perfectly

The house is very clean and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Also, lots of big, fluffy towels. It would be nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms though. In addition, the first bedroom on the left had a mattress that was not as comfortable as the other 2 beds. Perhaps the bed needs a foam bad on it too. Otherwise, beds were great and we had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed being in the house! Thank you

Great House, well supplied.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was comfortable, convenient, and well stocked with everything we needed. The only complaint I have would be that a few things weren't cleaned when we arrived. Namely, the air fryer (which looked like someone had used it as a deep-fryer instead), the microwave (which had something explode in it) and the toilet (which wasn't terrible, but it definitely hadn't been cleaned in about a week). I can chalk most of this up to a short turn-around time between the previous guest and us, so I don't want to be too harsh. Everything else was absolutely splendid. I WOULD stay here again, and I would recommend it to others. The owner was really responsive, so I would imagine these small issues will be addressed.

FABULOUS

Staying in Baileyville was just what my best friend needed from the day in and day out of NYC. The place was perfect beautifully decorated and Mary was so attentive. We cannot wait to go back:)
