I've stayed here plenty of times and never had a problem with it. This is the first time I get a room that smells like cigarettes, bathroom door doesn't close, the doors to go in n out of the facility to the parking lot don't work, and their were no ice machines on the floor I was on. Also didn’t get the cookies that they hand out. Won't be coming back
