Guest was unable to check in the first night and try to check in the 2nd night but was denied check in and they refuse to refund the 2nd and 3rd night despite their policy on their website stating that the 2nd or 3rd night will be refunded if guest was a no show on the first night.

I was woke up every morning and informed that I didn’t pay for my stay. When I booked my stay onli e for a week in advance. I paid with my credit card foe my stay. They kept checking me out of my room every day. They also checked in another party and told me that they would find me another room. I had all of my things in my room and they said that I am not registered in the room that I checked into the previous day. They wouldn’t stop banging on my door and insisting that I didn’t pay for my room when I did.
