Clean the pool especially since its almost summer!

The property charged me twice and never corrected the mistake. Be careful because the hotel has gone thru 3 owners in as many years. And they need to clean the pool. It was filthy

Was a good value, located right off the highway and next door to Buck Owens Crystal Palace. It's a bit out of date and the hallways are dark. Clean and functional though. Pool was a bit cold for me to go in, and hot tub was not warm in the morning (heater on a timer) but it was perfect in the evening. Staff was excellent, and I was able to park very near my room, which was great. This was an overnight stop for me on a longer trip, and for that purpose it was great.

Wife booked a day late so arrived and paid full price which Hotels.com was working on getting us a credit...still no response, also would not recommend this Clarion hotel, very sketchy place, no blankets, my slider door was broken so remained open 6 inches thru the night, little uneasy given the cherectors we saw

Well worth the money

First impression was excellent. Very attractive and landscaping is gorgeous. Water for shower was lukewarm at best and electrical outlet old. Wouldn’t hold plug in from curling iron - old. Carpet in areas worn. Arrangement with finer next door for $7/dinner. Food was excellent!! Free breakfast buffet was okay. Satisfactory. Diner is clean and had good service.

Has potential 💕

The girl that checked us in was really wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs a lot of updating, one thing that would help right off the bat to make the beds look much better is new drapes they were so old and outdated. Also the sliding doors that look out to the pool area were filthy and the grass outside the room were scarce and dead. The pool that sold us on this hotel was locked and they opened it up but the water was very dirty and not heated 😩 no one could swim in it . Our biggest disappointment. Picked solely on the pool . The hot tub however was on and very hot so that was nice . Breakfast not that great with just a few improvements it could be so much better. I doubt we will ever stay there again . But that being said it has potential and with a lot of money it could be great 👍 put into

When you first come in to the lobby it’s beautifully decorated and clean! The staff was very welcoming and friendly the hotel is very clean and well kept up my room had an amazing view of the pool which was awesome too! The decor was very nice and the bed was very comfortable!
