If you sit in the window seat at the back you can look up over the old rooftops to the parish church, which started life not long after the Norman Conquest.

Being positioned right in the middle of Bakewell makes for a very convenient stay. Everything is just a five-minute walk away!

We’ve combined antique and modern furniture along with imaginative art to make a fresh, engaging and relaxing environment. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, utensils and crockery.

I also have 2 other properties in this Grade 2 listed building. Old Beams and Cobblers Rest so please take a look if you cannot find the availability at The Eaves.

The duplex is accessed via a communal hallway and staircase. Whilst in the duplex there is a further set of stair to gain access to the bedroom and other bathroom.

Guests have access to all areas of the apartment and free secure parking a short walk away.

Please note - there are 2 x sets of 15 internal steps up to the apartment and then a further 12 steps inside the property to access the upper floor & beds.
