Totally disappointed with Piano Hotel

The room was really disappointing. They did not clean our room at all in the 4 night stay there. We had to ask for toilet paper and new towels everyday given that they did not clean our room at all. The breakfast offering was very very very underwhelming - they only had random veggies and omelettes which was not even cooked well. The WiFi was also a major issue - it was unstable and stopped working completely at times. We had to go to reception to connect with the WiFi. In the midst of that we found out that the air conditioning for the entire floor was controlled in one room so if that occupant liked it really cold then the rest of the floor would be ice cold as well.
