It was built in 2023 and offers a living area of 200 m2. The total area of the property is 874 m2. It is 7.7 km to the clean Adriatic Sea, which is not far as you are sure to arrive by car. You should definitely not miss a visit to the stone beach of Colone, where you will have as much fun as your heart desires in your favorite company. It has two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200). The villa also has two bathrooms with shower cubicles. The living room is really something special, it contains a sofa, a coffee table and a TV. There is also a romantic fireplace and right next to the living room there is a direct exit to the outdoor terrace with seating. You will certainly spend the morning hours there drinking coffee and reading your favorite book. A dining room with dining table and a modern and fully equipped kitchen are just part of the luxury that awaits you! The outdoor terrace offers the best: refreshment on hot summer days in a heated pool of 27 m² and 1.4 meters deep. There are 4 sun loungers on the lawn for you to rest and relax. You can use a barbecue, a washing machine and an iron. A high chair and a baby crib are available for children.
