The beds are exceptionally firm, and housekeeping does not clean the room daily. Additionally, there was a leak of water from the sink that spilled everywhere. My last experience at an Aloft hotel was positive years ago, but the current state of the establishment is not comparable.

The bed was decently comfortable. I only stayed a night because my flight was so early the next day. The shuttle was convenient and the driver friendly (even at 445 am). The one negative comment I have is that around 1 am there were some loud talkers in the carport area and every time the AC turned off I could hear them talking. It kept me up quite a while but eventually they must’ve gone back inside. The bathroom was clean (the toilet very low) but overall good experience.

I rarely give low rating but two things were terrible. First the mattress was very uncomfortable. Too hard generally, but had a very bad soft spot/damage. Needs to be fixed! The real shocker, at 2:42 am I was awakened by horrible shouting/arguing between two people. It continued for about 10 minutes. I called the front desk, and no one answered. This is disturbing, as you would expect 24-hr coverage from a Marriott. It ruined my night, took over an hour to get back to sleep on that terrible mattress. I will definitely avoid Marriott Aloft properties in the future.

I loved the location, so close to the airport. I flew in late night and was surprised that the shuttle services ended at 10pm. Needed to find another way to the property. I love Aloft properties but unfortunately this location was not clean. The bathroom walls and tiles flooring was dirty/discolored. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

We were never able to utilize the internet despite making the staff aware of our problem. The bathroom door was broken and made a loud screeching noise every time it was opened or closed. The staff checked us in, would not speak to us. It was difficult to hear him. When I asked him to speak, louder, he still wouldn’t speak up and then became frustrated. There is another aloft approximately 3 miles away that is way more in date with functioning amenities, such as Internet and television (this Aloft only had a few working channels). There were some staff members who were wonderfully nice and very easy to talk to. However, I will probably not stay at this specific hotel again.
