The property is decent from appearances. However, there were laggs in cleaning in my room. The sink had nail clippings that should've been cleaned away, as well as on the floor.

I pretty much liked it and was comfortable. The only thing I would complain about was that the sockets in my room were loose and hanging. It's definitely a safety hazard. But other than that, it was nice.

The hotel advertises free shuttle from the airport. That’s why I selected them. However, on arrival I was told that the free shuttle ends at 10 pm. My normally scheduled flight arrived at 11. I had to pay $25 for a car service to get me 2 miles to the hotel! I would understand if I was arriving at 2 am, however the hotel needs to be aware of flight arrival schedules before setting an arbitrary 10 pm end of shuttle service.

This property was not bad but definitely needs some TLC. The beds are like sleeping on a mattress from the dollar store, and the lack of outlets and USB are very frustrating. Shower and bathroom was nice. Overall I would stay here again just not as a first choice

The room was very dull, nothing unique or inviting about it. The coffee maker was in the bathroom, directly across from the toilet, which I thought was gross. The minifridge was in the bathroom as well, although there was plenty of space in the actual room for these items (like by the desk, which would've been a lot more sanitary in my opinion). The shower is small, and there is only one, singular towel hook in the bathroom (even though I stayed in a double queen room, so there was obviously more than one person staying). It was relatively clean throughout the room, only a few small stains here and there. The parking lot was full entirely in the front of the building for our entire stay so we had to park in the back and walk around each time. Overall not horrible but also not good; I would not stay at this property again.

The stay was decent. Front desk never informed me of the parking cost, even though I was asked if I needed a pass. Later that evening when the parking was needed, there were no spaces at all. Circled the lot for about 20 minutes until I was forced to park in Hilton’s lot. Huge risk but I had no choice and the Aloft didn’t have an alternate solution.

OVer all the stay was very nice. The web site was a bit confusing. It took me a long time to find a number I could use to call the front desk. the web site was not clear on the hours of the airport suttle with BWI. I think it would be adventagious to support the house keepers to learn English. It would show your interest in keeping them around.
