The hotel required a lot of security. An incident occurred at 1am sending off the emergency alert and causing a quick evacuation . Not the best place to stay with families.

Elevator Trouble

Elevators were not working, stuck on the 10th floor for more than 30 mins. Were told several times elevator was being sent up. We were asked to walk down with our luggage, 6 in my party 2 rooms. Front desk told me they would comp a stay for my family, I have not yet seen that.

I had to call the front desk two times last night about the person in the room next to us. There was a child in the room next to us and they kept kicking the wall all night. It was also someone smoking marijuana the smell coming through the vent

Hotel vs shuttle and parking

There was a mix up with Hotel.com and where my reservation was made under and therefore, I had to pay for my shuttle and parking which would have been free. The discount from Hotels.com was good but I paid more in the end by not booking directly with the hotel of my choice.

Welp. We tried it.

The hotel is old and worn. The service from the moment we walked in was poor. When I esclated to the manager she was very professional. Alas the day we were checking out we found a dead cockroach. When we reported that when we were leaving the employee didn’t seems surprised. If you most use this hotel use it during the week not the weekends

The hotel Does NOT offer a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel even though is advertised. It was over 45 for a taxi. They put 150 charge on a credit card in case of damage. The hotel is very old and smells. The bathroom shower was fill of mold. Breakfast was ok. I would never stay here again. I picked this hotel by accident while using the expedia app and it was definitely not to my standards
