Clean, comfy, cozy but noisy

The entrance was a bit odd - felt like entering a maze. But I was greeted upon arrival and assisted immediately. The staff was friendly and helpful. Elevators are small and dark and so was the suite. The layout is a bit odd but I suppose it’s practical for the city. My room faced the street which is a super busy corner with lots of noise and traffic. Consequently, I didn’t get much sleep but I easily could have because the king size bed was amazing!!! The windows were dirty and very drafty but the room was clean and cozy (small). I enjoyed my stay overall.

My stay was fine. It seemed to be an extended stay hotel with a number of people actually living there. The other rooms on my floor were pretty noisy along with the construction outside. It wasn’t a very peaceful stay. The hotel itself was very clean, my room was knives, and the bed was comfortable. I liked having the full refrigerator/freezer and a mini kitchen for a few days.

As others have mentioned, there is no parking on site. There are several public parking garages that are very close, but when the listing said on-site parking, I was expecting to take my hotel elevator to the parking garage. The staff there are wonderful and very helpful. They referred us to the cheapest parking, which was nice, although no in and out privileges. The room was huge, very spacious and perfect for our family of 4. I could have sworn breakfast was included when I booked, but that dropped off. No big deal, Dad & David’s was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for several nights and by the end of my visit I was ready to jump out of my skin every time the guest room doors slammed from people going in and out. It definitely did not make for a restful stay. Also, the woman that works the front desk was quite rude, she made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience. I won't be back.

Air conditioning not working. It was 80 degrees and we were on 5th floor. Staff said they fixed it but it never went below 78deg. The next morning there was not hot water for shower! I called staff and it was fixed after letting wayer run for 20min. Staff said they would reimburse 1 night stay but they never did.
