We had a great stay. Kadrik was absolutely wonderful helped us with everything. Extremely hard working and very pleasant. We definitely will come back. Thank you
The staff was helpful, for sure, but the property needs better maintenance and some repairs, such as repainting the bathroom ceiling in my room and increasing the water pressure for the toilet and shower. The elevator doors need to be upgraded. Consider the security at the door, as homeless people often loiter near the hotel door store next door. Additionally, the garbage in my room was not taken out during my entire stay, and the AC made noise. The staff was limited and trying to multitask. Still, more staff should be assigned, especially over a holiday weekend when three festivals were happening, to reduce waiting time at the front desk.
Though the accommodations were very well, I was a little concern about the neighborhood in which the property was located. I didn't feel safe exploring the area past a certain time. I had my wife and pet, and I would not let them go out themselves past dark. I know this is nothing you can do about the whole neighborhood, but I wanted to share why I would not be a repeat patronize of your establishment due to those concerns. The room was clean the desk service was very good, and the parking was simple.
The property was safe to get in. You either needed a key card or to be buzzed in. There were a large variety of people there, but the property was very quiet. My room was clean very clean upon entry with all the amenities I needed in my room overall this was a convenient stay and I would definitely do it again
