I will not stay again.

The condition of the hotel was a bit run down. (But I guess for the price) The breakfast was not good at all. It appears as if people are living in the hotel and if it is a shelter or one of those extended stays that should be advertised. My room had a very wet and musty and mildew smell. Which caused me to have a headache the whole time. There were particles on the towels so I had to go out and buy my own cause it just didn't seem clean. When I asked the front desk either for air freshener or another room they stated they would send housekeeping in which they never came.

the hotel is dated but staff was very friendly and the room was clean, a little over powered with freshner but beds comfortable and it was quiet. Priced fairly! i would stay again, some areas of room could have some fresh paint but overall the shower seemed new and again all was very clean.

My family and I have traveled to the Middle East and Europe over the years and we have NEVER stayed at such a deplorable location. We booked for a two night stay, but the first night we discovered a mouse in our room. I’m terrified of mice and there was no way we were staying there. I went to the front desk, explained what we saw & told him we were leaving. I asked for a refund but he would only refund me for one night. Unacceptable. I hold Expedia partly responsible because I trusted you. I’m on a campaign now to get a full refund. I’d appreciate if Expedia would help me with that.
