When we first checked into our room the key card did not work. I went for another key and that didn’t work either. The card apparatus was loose on the door which was probably why the key card didn’t work. So then we were assigned a different room and the tub was very dirty. There were also shady people loitering out front of the hotel. It was very noisy and seemed like the people out front were very loud into the late hours of the night. We will not go back to this hotel again.

Stay elsewhere if you possibly can.

Roaches and fruit flies infested the room. Had to get a new room key almost every time I needed to unlock the room. Very sketchy area and clientele. You get what you pay for. Surprisingly quiet though. The employee behind the desk was very nice and helpful. They sprayed the room for roaches when I requested.

The hotel was very nasty. You can tell the room was recently flooded. Carpet was wet and sticky. Very strong mildew smell as soon as you walk in the hotel. The room smelt horrible. My 1 night there was a nightmare. The bathroom was another horrible story. I can’t imagine what their kitchen would look like, so we skipped breakfast. We could not wait to get out of there!

No locks on outer doors. Anyone can walk in property any time day early morning or night. Rooms with broken windows literally. Rooms with locks visibly broken, open for guests to see. Dirty everywhere. People sleeping in the stairwell, literally. Only 1 face towel for 3 guests and no extra towels.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We checked in and our room was not as described or pictured. They charged our card and would not reimburse us, despite the fact that we spent only 5 minutes in the room. The door handle fell apart, the fire alarm was hanging from the wall, the AC was missing its whole top, and there was unknown substance between the bed and the wall. We are still waiting for our refund.

My first night was terrible around 9pm i seen mice and roaches in my room . So i went to the front desk they was very hesitant on a refund so the hotel changed my room to a different floor. Still mean while people out front was selling drugs and drinking. So when i moved to my new room around 1130 i seen roaches then there wasn't a phone in my room to call the front ..when i went back to the front desk the lobby was filled with people who was drunk or high fighting...then there is homeless people out front who will follow you to your car. Mean while the people at the front desk is rude ... i asked for my room to be clean ..linen changed everything both days they took 8 to 9 hours to change the linen ..even 1 day I did it myself...both elevators need to be shut down a maintenance because its passed inspection date which was up in February of this year...never again i will stay there the hotel went COMPLETELY DOWN HERE.

I got my key card, went up to my room, saw a work bucket outside of the door, and the key wouldn’t work. I did not have confidence in the room being clean, so I then asked for a refund. I was told I would need to deal with Expedia, and then I left.
