Not in a ver good area. Run down. Every inch of the room needed love. Pillows were awful. Tub was disgusting. Hot tub wasn't working. Dirty towels. On the bright side, the tv and air conditioner worked well, it was pretty quiet and we were so exhausted we slept well. Sorry, can't recommend the breakfast either. Won't be back.

Disgusting experience!

1.We reserved a king bed room. When we got there we were given 2 queen beds. They gave our room to someone else. 2. The bathroom was filthy. It looked like it had not even been cleaned. There was toothpaste in the sink and on the faucet and mirror. There was some sticky dirty material that was above the sink and below the mirror. The bathroom floor looked like someone had walked muddy prints and dirt on it. The bath mat had mold on it underneath it as well as the shower liner had mold on it. The towels were never fully stocked and we had to ask for some . There were no extra blankets for bed. There were food particles on the desk and dresser areas. The floor was also dirty. Common dining area smelled like urine and marijuana!

It smelled like smoke in the rooms and hallway although they are very strict about smoking on premises. The suite we reserved was not up to par with previous guests food in the refrigerator. We were provided a second suite which was not any better. The towels as well as the pillow cases had makeup stains. We requested new sheets and towels and they were stained as well. The comforter filling was coming out and it was ripped. There was an alarm or beeping sound coming from behind the vent from early morning until we left. We alerted the front desk about it. The room was very outdated and dressers broken. No iron in the room. Nothing like the pictures on the website. Total catfish!!!!

The building is very old, smelly and looks very dirty. When we check the room, the carpet was not even vacuumed, and all carpet everywhere was very dirty.

Don’t stay here !

The hotel smelled awful . Towels had stains Requested more towels and front desk told me no I had to come get them I called backed to ask another question and they hung up ! The service was unacceptable! When asked to speak to manager they told me they didn’t know his name .

I have been staying here for some time now and I've always been happy and every time I come in they always remember me very welcoming very helpful above and beyond service and always ask how the families doing how I'm doing it's like being home when you're away from home very happy with the place very clean rooms very nice affordable prices and staff does an amazing job working hard on keeping the place clean amazing breakfast rooms are always clean the whole place and the staff and give it a 10 out of 10

UNSAFE ROOM

I was terribly disappointed with the state of this hotel. The room was dirty the sheets had blood and urine stains on them. Even the new sheets I ordered from the front desk had blood and urine on them. Also the pillows were very dirty. The towels were bare thread and very old. I took pictures of the state of the room so that I would have proof of what I was expected to stay in. It's not that your rooms are cheaply priced either. I also changed rooms upon arriving from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor. Neither room was in good condition. I want to make note of this of how your guests are treated! Very bad for the Radisson brand. I have checked out today and hope you take note of this. I also got a bug bite and my foot swelled up! Hope I didn't get any diseases. 9/6/25
