When we checked-in and got to the room we checked everywhere but when we checked the bed it was hair all over the bedding on the fitted sheets and the pillows so I called front desk and they switched us to another room and it was clean no problems at all

I was not told until I arrived that I would need a credit card in my name to place a hold for incidentals, or that I would need to pay for parking. Employees were friendly and professional though.
