Our room was filthy. The sofa was so bad with spots, oils, and dirt that we could not sit down on it, at all. The carpet has spots that it was impossible to go barefoot through the room. The entire room, floor and sofa needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized

I called with a question two days before arrival and spoke to Delores. Delores was very pleasant and helpful. LaToya checked us in and greeted us with a smile and was very helpful with all of our requests! A shout out to our shuttle driver too! This is a great hotel with outstanding customer service. Nasty nasty nasty!!!

Unbelievable that this hotel in two plus year going through renovations they have not been able to get hotel at Hyatt standards. Old bedding, dirty carpet (due to being old), sofa very stained. Would have never booked if I would have noticed it was the same from two years ago. As soon as you walk into lobby you can tell the quality of hotel. Shame on Hyatt for allowing this hotel to represent them.
