The hotel was within walking distance of the concert venue. I was able to walk to public transportation and restaurants. The hotel provided breakfast. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was a good price for the amount of time that I needed to stay. La Quinta has earned a returning customer.
This property looks nothing like the photos shown upon booking. The facility was dirty and have a smoke smelll. When I checked in the staff let me know the elevator does not work soo I had to take the stairs to the 5th floor. The bedroom have burn holes in the sheets and the walls were dirty with handprints. I chose this stay for my birthday and it was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced.
I would never stay here again. The elevator was broken and I wasn’t made aware until I arrived and my room was on the 5th floor.. The neighborhood that this hotel is located in is extremely busy, a lot of noise throughout the night, and some sketchy looking characters.
I also saw a roach on the first floor & the staff was not the friendliest. The pics online look a lot nicer than the actual hotel is. There were many missing pieces to the furniture in the room, like the closet door, the desk, and the nightstand.
Elevator doesn’t work and they put me on the sixth floor with my dogs. Ruined my entire trip to Baltimore. So much work just getting into and out of my room was exhausting. Stairwell is not air conditioned. Sweated through my clothes everytime I went back to my room.

Worked ok, the window didn't close all the way and the place could be cleaner. It was cheap which was good. There were people revving engines and playing loud music late at night.
I was traveling for work and my room was in the seventh floor and no elevator. If was bad never going to stay here again. I pay more than $200.00 us nigh for this nightmare. 😵💫
*They never/no one day cleaned the room
*The room had really bad smelling
*Carpet was really dirty (see pics) with bad smelling, carpet had blood.
* I did ask for cancellation the second day we Called two times to this company and they DID NOT HELP me to cancel

Elevator didnt work they knly had rooms on the 6 and 7 floors and my mom is 69 and just recovered from a heart attack and couldnt walk up 7 flights of stairs
This property was not what I expected at all. When I first checked in on Tuesday I was informed while checking in that the elevator was not working at all. I rented 2 rooms. One which at first was on the second floor, and the other one was on the fifth floor. The room on the second floor TV wasn’t working and when I went back downstairs to talk to the person at the desk. I was told I can deal with it and wait until tomorrow for someone to fix the TV. The. I was told he had another room up on the fifth floor. I needed the room on the second floor because my elderly mother was with me. She had to walk up all them steps to the fifth floor to get to her room. It was suck an inconvenience. The elevator was out my whole stay here. We couldn’t even enjoy our time at all. We had to carry out bags up all them steps and back down when our stay was over. People was coming in and out all times of the night. I would never go back to this place ever again.
Move 4 times to finally get a room that had AC and a working shower. One of the rooms didn’t have a phone so I had to walk 7 flights of stair because the elevator didn’t work. I can not believe Wyndham attaches their name to this dump. The rooms are left with no AC on so it was 87 degrees when we arrived.
