Great views of the harbor and downtown. Parking and hotel access were great, loved the rooftop, indoor heated pool and hot tub with jets. Walked down the block to several cute restaurants and shops.

The staff was great. Room was nice and very clean. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent and surprisingly reasonable. I come to this area a lot for business. This was my first time here but it will not be the last. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property is kept well and the maid service was great. However, the front desk personnel were lacking. One young lady even could not print a boarding pass after the business center computer was down. Given the website, confirmation number and name, she still could not do it. My 12 year old grandson can do it.

Great service.. quality of food not so much

The front desk agent was overly overly accomadating and informative. Ate at the restaurant, service was great but food was ok. Meat is below average...charcuterie board items were old and cheesecake tasted like the freezer! Another guest said the steak was also below average, very fatty and of poor quality!

Wonderful over all

I booked this hotel for a girls trip. It was a wonderful experience. The location was amazing so close the harbor and Hard Rock Cafe. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The only complaint was the parking garage smelled terribly like pot. It was as disgusting.

We had a great time. Lovely hotel, perfectly situated. Friendly staff and good amenities. Just a couple of critiques: please get actual comforters/quilts. The multiple sheets piled under a thin blanket on top is not comfortable, especially not for couples. The Keurig in our room was not working properly. The water didn't drain through the filter. The whirlpool jets don't work properly either. They point straight up instead of out into the water. Despite that we enjoyed our stay.
