Nice staff. 1st floor room near the elevator was LOUD. They didn't have the room I booked even though I called to get details on the pet policy and confirm. They made it right by giving us two adjoining rooms instead of the suite.

Don’t stay here, the staff in this hotel were terrible. We were staying with family, rented 2 rooms, my sister had bed bug bites. The pool was very dirty. I got charged 3 times and the staff was not helpful. Owner get better workers that truly want to work not lazy people who are not friendly and are rude to customers. Learn how to treat customers.

Room was outdated and dark. Couch in room was dirty and stained. Iron spit out massive amounts of water and leaked. However, bed and towels were clean. Electrical outlets worked. We were there for one night for a soccer tournament. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7am-10am. Went there at 7am due to an early morning game and the breakfast area was completely dark. We left without eating and checked out.
