The good: Very helpful staff. Great location and dining options. Quiet. Clean. The not quite as good: The mattress was not comfortable and bed creaked if you moved. The pool lights stay on all night and even on the 4th floor, with the blinds closed, they illuminate the room.

Get the check in info before going

If you don’t get the email concerning how to get into to building to check in you are in trouble. Not sure who was responsible for sending that information either hotels.com or the hotel itself. Check in was at 4 but couldn’t get into the room till 5. Once room was nice but had a cramped feeling. The little deck was a nice bonus.

The hotel called us the day before we arrived and said our reserved room had been trashed by a previous resident so we wouldn't get the room we had paid for. We asked them to adjust the price we paid but they weren't able to do that. Bedroom was also very small. Could not get end tables on both sides of the bed. Will travelocity adjust what we paid because we didn't get the room we reserved?

Weird check in process and felt the people that worked there hated their job. They just wanted nothing to do with interacting with questions or requests. Asked for a late check out and they first refused but finally gave me 1/2 hour to 1130. They made it clear once i checked out, i was no longer welcome at the property. I was going to a concert at the pavillion next door and hoped to leave the car. Figured as long as I paid the $35 a day it should not be an issue. I was told I had to move the car and when asked what options were in the neighborhood, given little assistance.

I was disappointed because there was a full on video production shoot happening in the hallways with equipment and lots of staff associated blocking the hallways. No laundry detergent, no dish detergent or dishwasher detergent. The bedroom was so small and only had a small window that looked into the living room which was strange. In order to use the luggage dolly I would have to leave my license to assure that I would bring it back. The apartment leasing company is located in the lobby but the hotel check in is on a different floor so of course I greeted who I saw. However I didn't want to interrupt their conversation so I waited patiently however they ignored me and when I said excuse me after about 4 minutes of just standing there they annoyingly said that check in was on another floor.

Everything about this stay was amazing!! The Staff was awesome and friendly! The room was comfortable and Very clean. One of the best hotel stays I have had. I will definitely be booking with them again.
