We have stayed here a number of times in the past and it is still a nice hotel. It is clean and well maintained, however it is starting to show its age. Stayed here back in the 90’s when Country 105 use to have their Winter in the Rockies trip and I think it was relatively new at the time. We spent time at the Red Earth spa and enjoyed their hot pool and had nice pedicures. It is really nice that they offer free bus passes for the time you stay and is a good walk to the Main Street if you enjoy walking. Staff was pleasant and the waitress at the Keg on Friday night was lovely. They are currently renovating their lounge but still offer drinks with dinner even if limited. Pretty sure we will stay here again in the future!

Rooms need updating. Little to no heat. Had the thermostat cranked to 27. Still extremely cold all night. Pool was closed again. Seems to be every time we book a stay. The bar in the hotel restaurant was also closed. Which has again happened on another occasion. Those things should have been mentioned at the time of the booking.

Great location on the edge of town. Free underground parking is fantastic. We were Lao given a complimentary bus pass. Hot pool was very relaxing at the end of a long day of hiking and exploring.

Nice hotel, a couple issues wit my room in particular, the toilet was offset so close to the counter that I had to sue the facility with my arm on the countertop or the toilet paper holder would jab me in the arm. Also, the shower head is set too low so you have to stoop to wash your hair. I'm not tall... 5'10".. lastly, the room key kept deactivating and I kept alibi g to go back and having them reprogrammed.

Overall I’d have to say I’d never stay again . Location was great. Easy walk into town . No breakfast offered unless at the Keg for $27 pp. we stayed on the 3rd floor. Bunch of people partying at 4am both nights . No security walking to make sure this doesn’t happen . So got no sleep . Parking terrible if you have a truck .no designated parking lot so we had to find parking across the street in a residential area . Staff were hot and cold . Would never stay there again

Staff was great but was told that the pool and sauna were under maintenance so they were closed . The Keg was also under renovation and we were not abke to sit in lounge . Had i know this info i would of booked somewhere else . Coffee pot was also broken in the room .
