we had a loft room with the Jacuzzi tub. Both were wonderful after the long drive and to have the separation if needed so people could sleep convenient to many restaurants bus stop nearby to go to Fairmont and the gondola.

Great spot to stay and price was fair, constant problems with key-cards failing however. Also didn't have linens swapped enough as we would have liked. Staff was kind and fantastic.

The stay at Caribou Lodge was great. Comfortable beds & relaxing hot pool area. On site The Keg restaurant was an added bonus for a fantastic breakfast. The location was convenient to catch the Roam transit as well. The reception area was welcoming and the staff went above & beyond to help us figure out the pick up location for an excursion we had planned. The in room coffee maker was in need of updating but it didn’t spoil our stay! Overall

Hotel is older , needs updated , no air conditioning and no microwave in rooms . The room that l booked was definitely unacceptable.. so small that could not push moving cart into room plus very hot and toilet too low for a senior to use . I complained to front deck staff was upgraded to supreme queen room with balcony and a portable air conditioner at no extra charge. We were staying for 2 nights at this hotel . Pleased with the large hot tub pool , underground parking and The Keg restaurant.

No air conditioning in any rooms . Very dated hotel .. needs updated . We were upgraded to supreme queen room with a balcony and a portable air conditioner after I made a complaint at the front desk at no extra fee. We are seniors and reguire air conditioning, proper height toilets etc. Also no microwave are available in any rooms . We did like the underground parking , the huge hot tub area and The Keg restaurant.
