An affordable lovely stay

Great little hotel on the main strip in Banff. The sauna and hot tub were an awesome addition to our stay. Our hike got cancelled due to weather and they let us early check in at noon no problem! Fantastic service.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional! The rooms were clean, tidy, and modern. Parking is at a premium in that area, so be prepared to walk or pay for overnight underground parking. I did not dine in the restaurant, and I was sad that they were not open for breakfast anymore.

Pros-comfy beds and quiet room, Keurig coffee machine, hot tub, on street parking available for no charge. Ice machines on floors 1 & 3. Cons- a bit of a walk to town and further to the Bow River, charging for parking (underground), sauna wasn't working. Spa hours start at 10 AM which is a deal breaker for me. Spa needs a cool plunge to counter the very hot tub and steam room. Walk through the spa to get to change room. For what I paid, I expected a better set up. Plus too much promotional of their in house restaurant (open at 5 pm).

Had everything we needed. Good location and close enough to the centre and not be out the way. Parking $20 a night, good price for safe and secure off the street underground parking.

Everything was great until checkout, when we were charged for parking even though we didn’t use it. 3 days later and several phone calls later, it’s STILL not removed. Also, the beds were EXTREMELY hard.
