Location was very good. Walking distance to bars/restaurants, supermarket. Room clean, admenities well thought out. Pool and hosting was nice. We appreciated the filtered water station in lobby and updated rooms. Supplied coffee could have been better and some other hotels in Banff offer hot chocolate/cider in the evenings that we missed at this location.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Banff Park Lodge. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Banff—with beautiful mountain views all around. The overall atmosphere of the lodge felt peaceful and relaxing, and the service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality from the team. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Banff. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip as always.
