Great location for walking and bus transportation. We parked our car in their underground garage and rode the busses with our free passes provided by the hotel.

Looks great from the outside and close to restaurants and shopping. The room literally had NO windows, it felt very claustrophobic. From the narrow hallways, to the stairs, elevator and underground parkaids it was a confusing maze. You need to leave bread crumbs to find your way back to the lobby, but then some of the hallway doors close & lock at 9pm so you need to turn around and find another route. I’ve been in easier corn mazes easier than this place to get out. The location was great! I would say the view was nice but with no windows I couldn’t tell you. The pool is now filled-in, and the parking only has 6’ height. Check in was easy, friendly employees,

Hotel is a little dated but it was very clean. Banff can get incredibly busy and if multiple people are checking in you wont have room to pull a vehicle in and might have to wait. This was the only issue. The room and property is a little dated but it is kept very clean and everyone was helpful

We had a great stay. The room was clean and there was plenty of room for us. The hallways and lobby could use some updating but it didn't take away from my overall opinion of the place

Could be better.

The hotel is dated. Although the beds were nice and staff helpful, thr bathroom was tiny - even a trash bin couldn’t fit. No fan in bathroom nor was there a mirror outside the bathroom. Absolutely no view out the window. The hot tubs and sauna facilities are old and in a dark room. Not great value for $$.

Location is great, the hotel even provided a 3 day transit pass for our 2 nights staying. we will consider this hotel again if we ever come back banff.
