I’d really give it 3.5* The location is the biggest asset. Close to the village strip with shopping restaurants etc 1 block away. It’s tired but ok. The biggest downfall is that the advertised laundry does NOT exist. You have to go next door to the moose hotel in their parkade area and do it there. Some hotel staff were lovely but there were some that were not. Bar staff weren’t friendly but flustered. All housekeeping staff were great and did a good job. Underground parking a bonus

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, it was quiet, clean and breakfast in the Meatball restaurant was excellent. Underground parking was a real plus during heavy snow. Also loved the local Rocky Mountain soap in our room which smelled divine.
