Lobby and room were clean,and well presented. Staff friendly. Breakfast- eggs were a little over done, bacon was really over done,. Next step would have been burnt. Now the parking, oh my i was afraid to walk down without my husband. It was old,dark and parking is really tight. Hard to turn our vehicle around too. Really needs a face lift. Great loaction to downtown Banff. Took us 15 - 20 minutes to walk to all the great shopping. 15 minutes to the Banff Gondola. Other than the parking we had a great time.
