I’ve had a great experience so far. I like the affordability compared to other places around. I was a little disappointed to know the pool/hot tub etc were in a separate building, but in the end it’s worked out ok.

The location couldn’t be better—just by the river and few minutes from the heart of town, making it perfect for exploring the town. What stood out the most was the exceptionally warm and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for convenience, comfort, and excellent service in Banff!

Winter Overnight Getaway

We did the tourist thing; checking out Banff; the historic district The challenge was that the swimming pool was in the building next door and we had to walk outside in the cold across the road and parking lot. Other than that it was excellent!
