This is a great property. We would absolutely stay here again. Reasonably large rooms, very large bathroom with the water closet separate from the vanity. Walking distance to downtown Banff. Convenient underground parking.

Room was very nice, good beds, lots of plugs for charging. Although we were on the main drag, it was quiet. All the amenities you would need, iron & ironing board, fridge, robes to wear from the pool. There was an exercise room & hot tub by the pool. Internet was good. Concierge was most helpful. I wish there would've been a microwave in the room though. Very easy to get to sightseeing but Banff Avenue was very busy this time of year.

Too expensive for what you get

Very expensive hotel for your average mid level accomadation. The door strike had to be repaired twice and the air conditioner rattaled so badly, I was ready to sleep in tbe car and not wake up the family.
