Great suite in hotel. Had a fridge, coffee maker, toaster and microwave, & kettle. Fully stocked except for paper towels. A bit out of the main drag, but beautiful! Chilis on site ( didn’t use ). Roam buses readily available right there

With the price of this hotel you would expect more then what they provide. No AC, no fridge, no complimentary water, small rooms, everything closed at 10:00. When asked about AC in the room we were told theres a fan in the closest to use. It is a beautiful hotel, and the underground pool is amazing but for $750 a night the room could have alittle more.

The location and the room we had were very spacious. The hot pool is very good. We wish there was a regular pool to cool off after, but otherwise, it’s all good. We’ll definitely come back to this hotel again.

Had a terrible experience with EXPEDIA. THEY BOOKED ME TWO ROOMS SOMEHOW. Would not cancel one room even though I was charged to be able to cancel. Never ever do I want a hotel room that has Expedia managing the booking.

Maybe just us. TV and the programs are very basic and feel like we are back to 90’s. One day we were out around 10 am and got a note that if we needed a room cleaning service, we could notice the front desk. We did but when we returned around 5, the room was not cleaned. On the first day checking in, the front desk staff did not tell us that we got $15 credit per day for dinning given by Expedia. So we “wasted” 2 days of credit as we went to designated restaurants without knowing the benefits. Also, thr staff did not offer transit pass until we asked. A bit disappointed that he did not provide info ahead of time.

This is our second time at this hotel. It has a vintage look. First time the room was okay. Second time it was much better as I booked a bigger room. The staff is courteous.

Perfect location, amazing restaurant Chiles attached to hotel with outstanding customer service by all. Bus stop directly outside hotel easy free parking underground, Would 110% stay there again. Great job everyone!! Should be very proud !!
