Everything over all was good. The room is just starting to show its age. It looks like a dog was scratching at the bathroom and bedroom door. Beds and pillows are amazing.

Property is showing its age. There’s damage in the rooms, the sink doesn’t drain well, amenities like hand soap weren’t provided. Insulation is poor so the rooms are REALLY noisy. All in all, our two night stay was “meh”. I wouldn’t stay there again for that price.

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at probably in my life. There was dirt and grime in the room, the bathtub was filthy with a dingy, torn up rubber mat in the bottom, and a nasty, tattered, visibly dirty shower curtain pooling on the floor. the hardware had water stains and leaked. the hot pool area was literally vile. green algae was present. in the change rooms, the tiling was cracked and the grout was dirty. there were literal piles of dirt around the edges of the room. the toilets had brown rings in them showing they hadn’t been cleaned in i don’t even know how long. this was absolutely bizarre to me. i’ve stayed in some bad hotels back in the day, literal truck stops. but this one took the cake on most disgusting. i needed a shower immediately after showering here. we stayed in the loft suite and for what we paid it was very small and very dated. i feel bad for booking this for my boyfriends birthday. actually embarrassing to bring someone here! also we were so dehydrated and there’s no waters in the room. we went to look for somewhere to get water and tried all the vending machines- none of which worked. we went to the front desk to ask where to get water and he said “vending machines or chili’s” and i said “hmm yea we tried the vending machines and none seem to be working” (hint: maybe you’d like to report that to the vending machine company) but instead he said “ok well there’s nothing i can do about that” whatever. paid $13 for 4 waters at chili’s.

Hotel was great But my friend Kyle was snoring like a demented chainsaw from hell. A testament to the Grotto, someone in your group is gonna get the best sleep of their life. The others, likely not.
