Completely petrified by what I sa, insects in the hotel l room. Entire room was dirty still after room service came, found a hair strand in the bath tub. Entire bathroom looked like a pig sty. We had to switch hotels. Couldn’t get a refund though. Won’t recommend for anyone and my suite was a premium suite. Terrible.

We enjoyed our stay in early April. The hotel is a bit further (5mims) from other Banff hotels and restaurants but had lots of free parking. My only observation is that the hotel is now brand new. Overall would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.The views from the patio of the mountains were amazing. The only thing I would recommend is upgrading the bathroom and in particular the shower. That was a bit tight, but overall a very good place to stay

The bathroom garbage can and floor was gross as well as the mini fridge STUNK baaad. But otherwise it was a great experience. Staff were friendly, caring and kind. food at the bistro was amazing. I would definitely recommend someone to stay here despite those minor cleanliness downfalls because the staff is very accommodating to any problems you may have.
