Ive stayed here several times. Its a little older, but was always clean enough. When we opened the sleeper sofa we we found a very large stain on the mattress pad. The sheets are seperate in a bag, so we took it off. It was enough to make me think twice about staying here again.

There were seven of us in the group, and they took care of everything we needed—even setting up a pull-out bed for us. Each of us had two pillows, making our stay very comfortable. The check-in was very fast and they provided maps and easy to follow. Awesome. We will return again

The cabins were great for our family trip to Banff. The kitchens were equipped with the basics, but the hotel provided some extra things on request. Loved the location away from the strip.

Very easy parking, staff was helpful when needed, rooms very clean and tidy. Beautiful view from the balcony. Transportation pass was very helpful for exploring downtown Banff. Definitely would stay again.

The resort is very well maintained. It is at an amazing location surrounded by tall mountains and unbelievable scenery. The staff is particularly polite and respectful. We stayed in the superior Queen/king room which had been freshly renovated. It had a large window overlooking the mountains and a fully functional kitchenette. The bedding was premium and spotless. The toiletries were also very high quality. We enjoyed our 2 nights in this resort.
