This is my third time staying at 12 the residence and the only way they could make it better was to add a swimming pool . But if you want somewhere clean, with great rooms and excellent service not to mention the huge choice at breakfast and plenty of it at a great price ,as they in Newcastle Divvent Divver ger it booked!!!

We only stayed for about 4 hour. But overall , we would stay here again during transits. The area around is sort of gritty. The hotel itself is perfectly fine. Make sure to pick ride-sharing instead of the hotel shuttle. It's about 1/4 the price.

Great Hotel but no Airport Shuttle

Great room(s). Its your own apartment. Everything spectacular except for one thing...there essentially isn't an airport shuttle. They said their shuttle drops you off 10 minute walk from the terminal, don't know why. So I took a taxi, an extra expense.

12 Residence Hotel DMK Airport

Very pleased with the hotel for what it was - excellent for the price! Good price, near airport, good food. Staff very friendly. We had two rooms/ a suite which was nice to be able to spread out. Japanese restaurant on premises was very delicious. Comes with a nice breakfast layout. All in all- extremely comfortable and affordable surprise.
