The room is quite good, but the water in the shower never gets hot and the noise from the hallway is too much. You can clearly hear a loud sound the door makes when it opens with the key card, and it’s annoying. The restaurant is excellent!

Very courteous staff. Room service. Water bottles provided for room. Breakfast buffet was a little lacking. Hotel restaurant has mainly Japanese style dishes but does also have some burgers. Rooms were nice overall. Free wifi. Room does require 1000 bhat cash deposit but we knew upon booking and were prepared. When checking out you are given a pager and must wait for them to check your room before you can leave.
