Staff friendly and accommodative. Stayed for 5nigjts, on the 2night when we were about to sleep we realize there was cigarettes’ smell in the room, it may came in from the aircon ducts, we informed the reception and without hesitation the lady in charge (Fiona) offered us to change to new room. Location, Location, Location!! Step right outside and enjoy the vibes of China Town! So much to see and experience! Hotel was all good. Staff were so kind! In the same complex as hotel is a very nice small shopping mall with lots of things travelers want. We would stay here again for sure!
