Staff courteous, friendly and helpful. Nice rooms and bathrooms. We like having a laundry machine. There are good and reasonable restaurants nearby. A few minutes walk away from the Emporium Mall.

Amazing staff, it was like my home away from home. We love that we could do laundry right in our room. It was only 7min walk to the BTS skytrain and there is a 711 right across the street. Great quiet location.

The room and facilities and staffwere excellent. The VIP platinum perk only provided one breakfast per day, which could not be pulled together for example two vouchers on the same day. This meant the perk was useless because we were two people. It meant the second person would have to pay for a full buffet price even if you just want to have a coffee together. So we did not end up using it except for the first day.

Staff are nice. Room is nice and clean. Air conditioning DID NOT work properly in our bedroom. Almost no air dispensing from the vent, even with the fan on the highest setting. They claimed that the engineer (maintenance) fixed the issue when we were out of the room, but he did NOT. All of this caused me to sleep very uncomfortably and I did not get the rest that I needed. Very disappointed.
