The staff are very helpful but the hotel is outdated blanket is too old bed is uncomfortable The room has only one outlet to charge electronic stuff bathroom has no outlet no hair dryer It's very simple rolm and outdated. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone with this price you can find other hotels that more modern and convenient than this hotel.

Good value for dollars handy walking distant to shopping mall next to bts restaurant in hotel or plenty of eating place nearby. But can be noisy from car motorcycle at night my room on 9th floor next to main rood.

The hotel room was nice. Great air conditioning and everything in the room worked well. Extremely convenient location with direct connection to Ratchatewi BTS station. One of the front staff was a bit impolite, speaking very quickly and not foussed on us while speaking. Breakfast buffet was just OK; no bacon, however, if you are a bacon and eggs type of person. All in all, a good stay.

This is an old building i think because of the room design and decorations. We stayed in the executive room with the city view. We love the views and the room. However, we figured out some weird voice at night time which are very creepy. We heard lots of weird noise at night that make us want to move out of the hotel. The staffs are okay, not very welcoming as I expected. especially the front desk. We've been in Bangkok many times but this hotel's front desk team is the least friendly of all. Not sure why. They are more friendly to the western guests and the asian ones. We won't come back with the price and service like this. And the creepy voice between the walls - if you know what i mean *ghost

Can I move here forever!

I can not believe my good fortune finding this hotel! Perfect location, close to the end of the Airport train line. So nice from the moment you step inside. I can’t believe how modern yet it captures the essence of old Siam. I want to live in this hotel.

Conveniently located with covered walkway from the Ratchathewi station. Check in process was seemless, friendly very helpful staff. Room made up every day with fresh sheets, towels and toiletries. Buffet breakfast was great value with a good range of food choices. Checked out at 10.00am, but we didn't have a flight until midnight - so staff safely stored our suitcases after checkout so we could have another full day exploring Bangkok, before returning to pick up our suitcases that night.

Demanded everyone’s ID not used to that, in room TV did not work, called guy came to look at it.said nothing he could do, all menus only available on TV, refrigerator barely working, and hotel does not supply hand towels or wash clothes
