It’s centrally located however because it is right on the corner taxi pick up is difficult. You have to walk to either right or left to find a proper place where a car can stop. The hotel is nice and clean and great for the price but if you are looking for some amenities like like access to ice all day long you will be disappointed . The hotel reception closes at 7 . And in my opinion they need to make changes with bureaus well.its a bit over priced for what they offer

I couldn’t sleep because it was it itchy… Then open the light to see ants in the bed! I had plan to take 2 nights but decided to go somewhere else as they didn’t seem to be surprised or concerned about the situation.

A nicely appointed hotel with good service. Breakfast is modest but good. Location is a brisk 10 minute walk to the airport rail link, and a couple minutes shorter to another MRT station. Very clean, and a good shower. I have stayed at much lesser hotels in Bangkok that were priced similarly. The only drawback is if you don't want street traffic noise, ask for a room facing the back of the hotel.

Hotel was immaculate. Staff really friendly. Able to drop bags in early before check-in. Aircon in the room was fantastic & beds were extremely comfy. Water pressure in the shower was also fantastic. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Only down side is that my sleep was disrupted a good few times in the early hours of the morning due to the traffic on the road. It can be quite hard to ignore so you will need ear plugs.

Like: Friendly & helpful English speaking staff. Check in & out was a breeze. Beautiful arts. Dislike: A little tricky in getting the temperature right for shower as there was no markings of cold/hot on the taps. Walls are thin so can be quite noisy when neighbouring guests walk in & out of their rooms & don't keep their voices down.

The front desk stuff was the worst than in any hotel we ever stayed. They were not helpful at all, not even with the basic stuff like to help us with a taxi to the airport. It seemed like everything was bothering them, iritating them, they were not welcoming and have not smiled one time. Very depressed looking and overall ignoring receptionist, especially the one that checked us in. The room was clean, but that is what you expect from the hotel, to at least provide a clean bed and bathroom.

Not a good as it used to be.

Room air-con even though is set to 17 degrees couldn't get any colder. Requested 2nd room key card as we have 2 occupants. Reception states that hotel policies only allows 1 per room. If one person went out late, he couldn't enter the room or got to wake the person up. From my last stay here I believe there could have been a change of management. Things could be further improved. Last time my stay when it was still orange uniform is more enjoyable.

Very nice loft-style design, pretty close to last stop of BKK airport city train (15 min easy walking). But area is very noisy because of traffic. No quiet rooms at all.
